If you do not like a product or it does not fit well, we have a 7-day return policy. Refunds that are approved will be initiated through the same mode as the payment within 10 working days.
Kindly e-mail us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number, the product and the reason for requesting a refund to initiate the process. Items sent back to us without a request for refund will not be accepted.
Please note that the product must be unused and unwashed, with tags intact in its original packaging, else it will not be eligible for a refund.
**SALE items, pre-orders, customised products, shoes & accessories can not be returned and refunded. Used, washed, damaged or laundered products can not be refunded for as well. Product tags and original packaging must be intact.
